Have you ever felt insignificant?  If not, good for you.  But I know I have.  Ever feel like you are never good enough for people, even though you try soo hard to win their approval? And when you finally get that approval, you still don’t feel satisfied?  Ever feel like you will never be thin or pretty enough like that perfect celeb on the cover of Vogue?  Ever feel like you are so poor compared to that person who has it all? (The Mercedes, The Big Expensive House, etc.)  I know I have.  The world defines significance according to your “status”.  Like how good looking, rich, or famous you are. But the truth of the matter is no matter how you feel about yourself or how this world defines you, you are significant! You have sooooo much potential to do soo much!  I believe that God has an amazing plan for your life and you are a world changer!  No, you may not be the next Mother Teresa, but you have so much potential to affect the world around you. the people around you no one else can!  The world defines significance on what you have done, but God sees you significant through what has already been done.  You see?  Because of Jesus dying for our sin, God sees us through His son, so we are made righteous through Him.

No matter WHO YOU ARE (the hobo on the side of the freeway to the CEO of Apple) God loves you so much and thinks you are significant and if you give Him the chance I don’t think anyone else’s love will make you feel more significant thanHis love.  He doesn’t care what car you drive or what church you go to, He looks at the inside, the heart. I know when I have one of those “insignificant” days, He wraps me in His arms and says I love you sooooooooo much and you are my daughter and you are very significant to me! And I know He thinks the same about you. No matter who you are or what you have done, you can’t change God’s mind about His creation.

God judges persons differently than humans do. Men and women look at the face; God looks into the heart.

1 Samuel 16:7

16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.

God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.  1 John 4:16
